[ChromeOS][ARM] It seems to have stopped capturing the screen while streaming.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36
Platform: 7978.69.0(Official Build) stable-channel veyron_minnie

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set "Cast screen/window (experimental)" in google cast.
2. Click chromecast device name and start casting.
3. It seems to have stopped capturing the screen to following case.
 3-1) mp4 playback.
 3-2) google slide's screen transition on presentation mode.
 3-3) V-scrolling web page  by two finger gesture.

You may see the similar issue by apps using chrome.desktopCapture.

What is the expected behavior?
Other Intel CPU's chromebook(Acer 720p, Toshiba chromebook2) don't have this issue.

What went wrong?
It seems to have stopped capturing the screen.

I can't reproduce this bug.  Could you try again using the new "Media Router" feature?

  - Go to chrome:chrome in your browser and make sure you're on Chrome 51 or 52. If not, update your device
  - Go to "chrome:flags#media-router" in your browser and set it to enabled

Try again to reproduce the bug
