Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36 Platform: 7978.69.0(Official Build) stable-channel veyron_minnie Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Set "Cast screen/window (experimental)" in google cast. 2. Click chromecast device name and start casting. 3. It seems to have stopped capturing the screen to following case. 3-1) mp4 playback. 3-2) google slide's screen transition on presentation mode. 3-3) V-scrolling web page by two finger gesture.
