Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36 Platform: 7978.74.0 (Official build) stable-channel peppy Steps to reproduce the problem: I can't get the event. So, my apps can't finalize normally(ex, TCP connection for the specific H/W.) What is the expected behavior? I want to catch the event of "sign out", "OS shutdown" and "app uninstall" for application finalize process. What went wrong? No event listener for these event like chrome.idle.onStateChanged.addListener for lock. WebStore page: Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 50.0.2661.103 Channel: stable OS Version: 50.0.2661.103(64bit) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
