Chorme freezes after changing Time/Date on Linux

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Change time on own Linux System
2. Try to execute anything in chromium 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
If we change the Time/Date in our Linux Dist. the opened Chrome freezes. No input events (touch/mouse/Keyboard) work anymore. If we kill chrome via cmd line everthing works fine again.
