Regression: Pdf page doesn't fit to emulated view after enabling/disabling emulation

OS: Ubuntu 14.04

Test URL: http://www.pdf995.com/samples/pdf.pdf

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and open above pdf page >> Emulate by clicking toggle device mode
(2) Now change device to Nexus5x >> Disable and enable emulation 
(3) Now again change to Responsive and then disable and enable emulation and observe pdf page

Thanks for the report. Not sure PDF + emulation is a high priority for our users, but we'll see if its a valuable regression to tackle.

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
I don't think this is worth it. We disable plugins (including pdf) when emulating, which works strange in some corner cases.
