Table's borders not collapse right.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.63 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Attach file 'CEO.html'

What is the expected behavior?
Table's borders are collapse, and no border show

What went wrong?
Table show some white borders.

And when I change "transform: scale(1.6)" in CEO.html to "transform: scale(1.5)" or "transform: scale(2.0)", borders will hidden, no white borders show.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7 using chrome latest stable M51-51.0.2704.63. By opening the provided CEO.html file not able to see any white borders in the table's border.

Reporter@ - Attaching scree-shot for reference, Could you please confirm is this is the expected behavior? If yes, Please recheck this issue by creating a new profile under chrome://settings without any apps or extensions in your browser. If issue still persists please provide the screen-shot for better understanding.
