on iPad the title of the page is not displayed on browser tab, instead the url is displayed

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to Incognito Mode on iPad
2. First time when you land on a page instead of tab name the url is displayed
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Title of the page should be displayed in any circumstances

What went wrong?
The URL of the page is displayed on tab name

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.102  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.11.4
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Sincerely i don't know. This was reported as a bug on my project and i don't know if is a browser related issue or something that i can fix. Google-ing i found out that other people have exactly the same issue.
