Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 and Mac OS 10.11.5 using chrome latest stable M51-51.0.2704.63. The canvas is not clipped as seen in firefox browser. Note: This issue is working fine on Ubuntu 14.04 This is a non-regression issue seen fro past M35-35.0.1849.0, Hence marking it as untriaged.

I have found another anomaly. If we resize the browser window while another tab is active. The clipping occurs after we return to the original tab.
