Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.63 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. With full screen minimize video 3 times 2. After one lines appears similar to a rendering top down 3. videos also appear in Facebook What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Hi, I'm Spanish and I am new to the forum. My problem is that I have a rare tearing in YouTube videos and Facebook. I call it weird because when I have in my graphics NVIDIA vertical sync enabled, it happens. That is why I gather that is not the graphics, since I have upgraded to the latest version. The problem comes when I minimize Youtube full screen as a two or three times, from there, to put video on full screen begins to synch with a line from the bottom up. This happens to me a week ago, I had never before happened to me and only me also happens in Chome, Chromium and Canary. In other browsers based on Chromium does not pass anything. This makes unpleasant experience in the browser, so hopefully resolved soon. If you need to know more about the problem may ask .Perdonad my English is not very good. Best regards, Fran! Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 51.0.2704.63 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

What I find strange is that when that line occurs, capturing the screen, not off. It's as if processing textures not know how to show a photo. You can ask me anything more specific? The problem is the browser, that's for sure. And it happens for two or three versions did not happen before.

Vivaldi Browser, which currently works with version 51.0.2704.79 me Chromium does not give me this problem. In fact he not in the version in which I began to fail Chrome gave me problems. The error is in Chromium, Chrome and Canary. He also stressed that the probe and beta 32-bit version of Chrome and continued going. I have also been the official program to clean Chrome, and still the same. At the moment I can not use it to watch videos anywhere until the problem is fixed.

I have tried many times, but does not capture the effect. No if my graphics card drivers will have to see, but if so, they also happen to other browsers based on chromium

Fixed guys! The problem apparently was Nvidia. Just tonight I have updated the drivers and no longer think of the problem. :)
