Steps to reproduce:
(1)Open Chrome
(2)No Night Mode option
(3)Same white background while using Chrome at night

Expected result:There should be a Night Mode option in Settings or in Menu which, when enabled, will change chrome background to black and text to white so that there is less strain on eyes while browsing in low light environment


Actual result:No Night Mode features are present and eyes are strained.
