decoding failure

OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Trying to conact Facebook thru any avenue

What is the expected result?
Open my FaceBook Page

What happens instead of that?
Error decoding failure

Can you try disabling all extensions and relaunching Chrome?
