Reported by igor1201...@gmail.com, May 28 2016

Issue description

Device name: Samsung Galaxy S3 Duos

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version: 53.0.2750.0
OS: Android 5.1.1 (Cyanogenmod 12.1); GT-I9300I Build/LMY48W

URLs (if applicable): https://geektimes.ru/post/276528/

Behavior in Android Browser (if applicable):
On some websites, address bar can appear suddenly by part. I couldn't find regularity of this bug, but I recorded the video of it, which is enclosed.
This bug may be reproduced on not all websites.

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Open 2 tabs (1 has to be with attached URL)
(2) Push the button with amount of tabs
(3) Choose the tab with URL
(4) Scroll down the page carefully with address bar hiding (and don't touch screen)
(5) Wait 5 sec and see result

Expected result:
Sudden appearing of part of address bar and turning it into full bar when touching screen.

Actual result:
Normal hiding and appearing of address bar
