Behavior in Android Browser (if applicable):
When minimizing to recent apps, white place appears under Chrome. It has to be transparent like with other apps. I recorded the video of comparison Total Commander and Chrome minimizing

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Open Chrome for Android.
(2) Minimize Chrome to recent apps.
(3) See the white place under it when minimizing.

Expected result:
White place has to be transparent like in case of other apps. I recorded the video of comparison Total Commander and Chrome minimizing, which is enclosed.

Actual result:
White place under Chrome when minimizing to recent apps. It is more perceptible in Incognito mode.
