Click here to visit our frequently asked questions about HTML5 video." Steps to reproduce: (1) Open Chrome for Android. (2) Open attached URL. (3) See the message. Expected result: Playing the video. Actual result: The message "Your browser does not currently recognize any of the video formats available. Click here to visit our frequently asked questions about HTML5 video."

I wonder if that could be because of Cyanogenmod and Sptizer. What happens if you toggle "Disables the unified media pipeline on Android" in chrome://flags?

Strange error message to see, should always have Vp8, Vp9 software decoding even when MediaCodec is unavailable.

no response from bug opener. this issue is not observed in Nexus6+Chrome 53.0.2785.21. close this bug. |
