OSX task manager loses selected items

Project Member Reported by ojan@chromium.org, May 28 2016

Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open task manager.
2. Select a tab.
3. At some point, when the stats update, the selection gets cleared.

What is the expected result?
As long as the process is still running, we shouldn't clear the selection.

AFAIK, this isn't a regression and has been happening for years.

I can't reproduce this on 52.0.2729.3. If I select a process, it stays selected even as the stats make it jump around in the table (e.g. when sorted by CPU usage).

If you close the tab that was selected, then the selection does get reset.

Summary: OSX task manager loses selected items (was: task manager loses selected items)
I recently fixed this on the new (i.e, non-mac) TM -- there are even tests for it now there.

Mac will get the new TM behavior whenever the views switchover happens. I'm not really keen on making any improvements to the mac TM at this point, since it's close to going away.
