Steps to reproduce:
(1) Create a web page that uses <embed> to insert a SVG drawing and has a style attribute to set width and height
(2) Change that style attribute with JavaScript

Expected result:
The SVG will rescale itself / its content according to the style attribute.

Actual result:
Only the <embed> element get's resized (see the red border) but not the content.

Interesting side fact:
I found this behaviour as only the Android devices were not showing my web page correctly (desktop firefox and chrome as well as an iPad are working as intended).
Creating the linked fiddle the desktop chrome 51.0.2704.63 (64-bit) is now also not working properly. 
And even more interesting: opening the development console and hovering the mouse over the <svg> in the resized <embed> shows that the browser thinks it has a size of 200x150, which is completely wrong. When I change the width of the <embed> in the development console directly the SVG content is immediately rescaled to the proper size.
