Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install extension/enable notifications on website.
2. Notification pops up
3. It's blank

What is the expected behavior?
Notification should display something

What went wrong?
Whenever notification pops up, it's completely blank.

Did this work before? Yes Canary 52, early 53 builds.
