Browsers Launches but does not load anything (even UI) - Windows Opens -

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.63 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Close
2. Reinstall
3. Open

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome Hang (freezes) nothing moves...only closing it normally works

What went wrong?
Browsers does not load properly sometimes ( sometimes it load normally)

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.63  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win7/64 bit - Version 51.0.2704.63 beta-m (64-bit)

Can you please create a new user profile and check if you still see this issue ?
