All Chrome tabs/windows are graphically corrupted

Reported by dkof...@gmail.com, May 27 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Reboot computer
2. Reopen chrome windows/tabs

What is the expected behavior?
All old windows/tabs should open with correct graphics

What went wrong?
Tabs and windows are graphically corrupted, please see attached jpg. I also ran DXdiag to get any relevant information, as it's possible this is a driver bug.

Did this work before? Yes Every other device and version of Chrome I've used...

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.102 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win10 machine Stable Build # Version 54.0.2840.71 m (64-bit)
GPU Used --> Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

Can you please upgrade to the latest stable build available & check if you still see this issue as we do not have the Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 GPU machine which you have at our end ?
