Pre-condition:Enable ‘Toolkit-Views WebUI-style Browser Dialogs’ flag.

Test url:https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/helium-backup/gpglbgbpeobllokpmeagpoagjbfknanl?hl=en

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to above url.
2. Click on ‘Add to chrome’ button such that install dialog box appears and then click on ‘Show details’ link
3. Observe.

Actual: Delay is observed on clicking ‘Show/Hide details’ link.
Expected: Delay should not be seen on clicking ‘Show/Hide details’ link.

This is non-regression issue, seen from ’M 53’ (53.0.2750.0)

Note:
1. This is a newly added feature seen from build no-53.0.2750.0
2. Above issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.
