Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/41.0.2272.89 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. CTS_R7
2. gms-packages 5.1_R5
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
This fail can be pass in test.

What went wrong?
When I run the CTS test it can not pass

WebStore page: 5.1_R5 Chrome

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 41.0.2272.89  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 17.0 r0

Does this fail with any new versions of WebView? Version 54 has been released to stable.
