Pinyin compact layout show in A11y layout when switch from Korean keyboard

Firmware Google_Clapper.5216.199.7

 
REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to A11y layout
2.Switch to CJK or T13n  keyboard (except Japan keyboard)
3.Switch to Pinyin layout
4.Check its UI

ACTUAL RESULTS
 Pinyin keyboard will display Compact layout , open its menu list , will show <switch to full layout> item ;
refers to screenshot


Note:
If switch from XKB keyboard, this issue not repro
