What's the specific request here? It seems like the existing mocks are reasonable. The old autofill dialog includes an expiration date for each credit card. The only difference I can see is that addresses also included the name in the old dialog.

@hcarmona -- can you respond to #1 and then re-assign to bettes?

IIRC, this was brought about by a discussion we had about adding specific columns to the autofill section (similar to passwords). However, every section of an address is optional (and different in every country), so it would end up with many empty/mismatched columns. Our current implementation is the same as the previous one where there is a short version of the password that's created based on what is available.

I think our current implementation, which is what we do today, is WAI. There's a long term goal of organizing this information better but we can re-visit after launch.
