Opt-in menu display abnormally after chrome os update to new version

Platform 8373 clapper
Firmware Google_Clapper.5216.199.7

 
REPRO STEPS:
1.Update chrome os to latest version
2.Open opt-in menu list
3.Switch input tools several times

ACTUAL RESULTS
OPt-in menu only display US input tools, other input tools disappeared, 
refers to screenshot

Note:
Check in Clapper & Link , both repro ;

Note:
1.Will repro with auto-update in setting page 
2.Log out then log in again, this issue not repro
