Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install Chrome group policy templates 2. Set 'Action on start-up' to 'Open a list of URLs' 3. Set 'URLs to open on start-up' to appropriate URLs 4. Open Chrome What is the expected behavior? Upon opening Chrome the URLs as specified in the 'URLs to open on start-up' setting should display. What went wrong? They didn't display, instead the default New Tab page displays. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 51.0.2704.63 m Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0.10586 Flash Version: Other settings such as disabling autofill, disabling password manager and mandating the download Directory do work. I have tried this under both Local Machine and User policies. The computers in question are not connected to a domain so are being configured locally. Screenshot attached of chrome://policy
