Specific font(s) is/are being ignored when DirectWrite is enabled

Reported by itielan...@gmail.com, May 26 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.63 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
Google Images, where you can search by uploading an image. To reproduce it I'm using it's hebrew version, since the english one looks just bolder with DirectWrite

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Verify that DirectWrite is enabled
2. Go to Google Images, preferably the hebrew version
3. Click the little camera icon and observe the fonts of "Paste image URL" and "Upload an image"
4. Toggle DirectWrite so it would be disabled
5. Repeat 2-3

What is the expected behavior?
The fonts should be the same, with or without DirectWrite.

What went wrong?
On both modes, the fonts are different.
Screenshots from my machine (hebrew, there the font changes are more apperant) are attached.

I'm not sure if that's the only font suffering from this issue, nor can I reproduce it elsewhere.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? No Mozilla Firefox 46.0.1. Though I didn't verify the issue there without DirectWrite since I'm not sure how

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.63 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

I haven't had the time to read all of it, but it sounds like this bug:
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=366983
It marked fixed so I thought it'd be better starting a new issue.

There is no longer any way to disable directwrite and the non-DW mode is no longer supported.
