Files App: Add ability to "Get Info" to local drive (Downloads)

Currently, there is no way in the Files App to retrieve the information (ex. Size) of the local drive (Downloads folder). This would be useful information for a user to know so they can check if they are running out of space.

I believe that this has since been added to the overflow menu on the upper right hand of Files App (storage used is displayed as the last menu item).
