Aw, Snap! Loop

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8373.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2748.0 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8373.0.0 (Official Build) canary-channel gnawty

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Open a new tab or extension/app
2. Wait for it to load
3. It crashes to "Aw, Snap!" Page with no other information

What is the expected behavior?
To load things normally without crashing.

What went wrong?
Almost everything you open goes to an "Aw, Snap!" page.

How much crashed? Just one tab

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes Before Thursday May 26, 2016

Chrome version: 53.0.2748.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 8373.0.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I have been seeing the same thing for the past 2 days. Version: 53.0.2767.0

I am attaching my log. All other browsers work fine. I am seeing the issue in the stable release too.

This is on Windows 10 x64 with the win64 install.

Did the crash happen with an incognito window ?
Do you have a crash id ?  (goto chrome://crashes/)

Tested this on win 10/chrome stable 51.0.2704.103 and canary 53.0.2777.0 , not able to repro this issue.  drewmrk8 @ could you please re- check and confirm?
drewmrk@ can you check again ? Probably give exact the repro' steps.
