Regression: can't select logged text in DevTools console

1) Open DevTools, open Console
2) Type any text (e.g. "window") and press enter
3) Try to select the logged text by clicking and dragging

What is expected?
Clicking and dragging should select the logged text, but nothing is selected.

Hope it helps.

On stable, the shadow element is selectable, but on ToT, it is not.  It seems that selection prevention is leaking into the shadow DOM when it should not.
