Issue descriptionCHROMEOS_RELEASE_DESCRIPTION=8172.45.0 dev-channel rikku test Expected Behavior: On CPanel, in Chrome App Management, for Chrome Sign Builder app, when change to the Extension Policies in Kiosk settings is made, the Chrome Sign Builder presentation should change dynamically within 10 seconds to match the Extension Policies. Observed Behavior: Chrome Sign Builder presentation never changes presentation unless device is rebooted.

First, what is the policy being changed? Second, could this be a dup of issue 602993 , where policy update can fail with auto launched kiosk app?

the process to test this: from the CPanel > Device Management > App Management > Chrome Sign Builder > Kiosk Settings > Enterprise > Settings for Enterprise > configure: at this point replace the active JASON file with a different one and save. Changes should upload within a few seconds. No changes happen dynamically until reboot.
