A document like:
<input type="text" autofocus></input>

when loaded, results in two events:
load complete - the focus at this time is on the root web area
focus - the focus is on the input

expected:
at load complete, we should have the focus_id reflect the input above.

Notes:
This is one (of perhaps many) sources of test flakeyness. Under heavy load, the focus event may come quite a bit later whereas the tests assume (corectly), that focus should be reflected properly on load compelte.
