What is the expected result?
When signing into Wordpress and adding a page/post, everything functions
What happens instead?
When adding a page/post, the page requires long load times. When it eventually opens the new page/post on Wordpress, it will not generate a URL or allow access to the content area.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I tried multiple things to fix the issue, removed all plugins, re-installed all the plugins, downgraded Wordpress, upgraded Wordpress, called my hosting server (GoDaddy), ran a virus scan on my computer, removed all anti-virus software, deleted all Chrome extensions. Nothing worked.
I tried to add a new page/post from another computer, and it worked. It also worked on my primary computer from another browser (IE).
I figured out that it was Google Chrome that was the issue. After uninstalling Chrome (which lost all my browse, cache, and password data) the problem was resolved. There is a bug on Google Chrome that is blocking access on certain Wordpress features. I am not sure what it could be, but I thought I would report it because this is an issue that others are experiencing (based on reports on forums).
If you would like to contact me regarding this issue, please feel free.

Hi there, I was running the latest version of Chrome, the bug just suddenly blocked my Wordpress sites from being about to use the pages & posts features. After re-installing the browser, the issue was fixed. Thanks, Jay Wheeler
