Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Install TOT build 
(2) Add username and password
(3) enter

Expected Result: Able to sign-in 

Actual Result: Sad face error page. 
Unable to sign-in and with retry .Keyboard stopped working

reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
