Codesearch: add a timestamp to search results

Project Member Reported by dmazz...@chromium.org, May 26 2016

Issue description

Is there a way to find out if codesearch results are stale? Even when everything's running smoothly, it'd be great to know what revision it's based on.

There's a CODESEARCH_STATUS file that has the timestamp of the last crawl:
https://cs-staging.chromium.org/chromium/CODESEARCH_STATUS

And there's monitoring for that too: http://shortn/_sc0EalD8WZ

Note in the future we'll switch to querying git directly for file and directory contents, so updates should show up immediately. The search index will still lag behind though.

Summary: Codesearch: add a timestamp to search results (was: Codesearch: add a timestamp)
CS queries Git directly these days, so updates are almost instant. I've renamed this bug to be search-specific (search still lags behind by up to a few hours).
