chromium depot_tools.zip triggers windows defender on windows 8.1

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download depot_tools.zip
2. Antivirus gets triggered
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
depot_tools.zip downloads successfully so I can build chromium.

What went wrong?
depot_tools.zip gets flagged as containing a virus.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.102  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.3

Hmm, yes, we're aware of this problem, but the Windows folks said they had put in an explicit exception for this while they worked on tracking down why it was being triggered at all.
