Weird scrollbar on cs-staging.chromium.org

Steps:
- navigate to cs-staging.chromium.org
- type in "foo"
- observe that when the autocomplete pops up, a scrollbar appears right next to the search box (even though there's a ton of empty space both below and the right)

Thanks!  I've fixed this in cl/123262703 but the cherry-pick hasn't made it into the staging instance yet.
