OS:Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.10.5)(10.11.5), Linux(Ubuntu 14.04)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate chrome://tracing,click on 'record' button
2.Click on 'frame viewer' , click on 'edit categories' drop down button,observe text
3.Again click on edit categories button to close list and observe the text

Actual: Misalignment of text is seen after closing 'edit categories' list of frame viewer option (i.e text: blink,netlog....)

Expected:  Misalignment of text should not be seen after closing 'edit categories' list of frame viewer option. 

This is a regression issue broken in 'M48' and below is the manual regression range:
Good Build: 48.0.2554.0
Bad Build: 48.0.2555.0
