Regression: In Task Manager, Network usage is not seen for Duplicated tab.

Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2743.10 (Official Build) 18f7321a2c4403368e9e5e53f5396ede2d60b2f7-refs/branch-heads/2743@{#70} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(Ubuntu 14.04) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://settings, right click on Tab and 'Duplicate' the tab. 2) Open Task Manager (Shift+Esc), observe 'Network' column for 'chrome://settings' second entry. In 'Network' column, '0' should be seen for second 'chrome://settings' entry. In 'Network' column, '0' is seen for second 'chrome://settings' entry. This is intentional. As long as the tasks share the process, we report the sum of their network usages once per process. |
