Download Window shows multiple threads of current downloading task on any previous date.

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 50.0.2661.102 (Official Build) m (32-bit)
URLs (if applicable) :chrome://downloads/
Other browsers tested:YES
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:OK Version : 46.0.1
         IE:OK Version : 11.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Downloading any file from internet shows multiple downloading task on previous dates as well as current date.
(2)
(3)

What is the expected result?

Should show downloading task as per date only.

What happens instead?

Download window shown multiple downloading going on for current task.


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

I am testing this on the canary(53.0.2750.0) with large sized file on Windows-7. Will try the download tomorrow and update if I could repro this.

ajit.lonare@: In the meantime, Could you also check this on the latest canary and confirm if the issue is seen there.

can't really tell if this is a UI or a "backend" problem.  it seems like that download is paused or incomplete in some way...

ajit@: If you can still reproduce it, could you get us a net-internals log as described in https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/for-testers/providing-network-details ?
ajit.lonare@ Could you please confirm are you still seeing this issue on latest version 52.0.2743.116?.If so please respond to comment #5.

I can't repro, and the original reporter isn't responding, so going to go ahead and assume this is no longer an issue.  Feel free to file a new bug if not.
