Feature request: remember network filter settings for current site

Reported by gerwin.k...@gmail.com, May 26 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
As a web developer, the chrome developer tools are priceless. One feature that would help me even more is to store the current network filter settings for the current site. If often end up adding the following filters each time: "-method:OPTIONS domain:*.######.com" along with the XHR filter group.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Currently settings are cleared after closing the site or devtools

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.102 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

I am not sure how we can implement this. If we stored the settings so next time site was opened it will probably cause more problems for users that do not realize they have a filter active.

CC Chris and Irish for further triage/ideas.
I see, that might cause problems. But the toggle buttons (e.g. XHR) are remembered as well. Or maybe add a checkbox? Thank you for taking it into consideration!

I am closing this because we currently do not have a good way to deal with this and it'll just get lost in the backlog.
