Regression:Delay is seen to restore page to normal after closing dev tools window.

Chrome Version: 52.0.2743.10 18f7321a2c4403368e9e5e53f5396ede2d60b2f7-refs/branch-heads/2743@{#70} (32/64-bit)
OS:Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4),Windows (7,8,8.1,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to any webpage ,right click select 'view page source' option from context menu.
2.Open dev tools window and dock to bottom ,click on 'toggle device' button.
3.Now close the dev tools window and observe the page 

Actual: Delay is seen to restore page to normal after closing dev tools window.

Expected: No such delay should be seen to restore page after closing dev tools window.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M49' and will soon update other info.
