The file upload modal should appear with each click of the "Browse" button What went wrong? After the first time clicking the "Browse" button, the file upload modal would not appear anymore when the `accept` attribute is used (tested on 64-bit Windows 10 and Mac OS X) Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes Most recent test was several days before May 25, 2016 Does this work in other browsers? Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 using chrome latest canary M53-53.0.2749.0. Observed the files upload modal dialog box never appears after clicking browse button. This issue seen only on canary versions, When am trying the same on signed and unsigned builds I am not able to reproduce it. Could anyone please look int o this issue?

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 using chrome latest canary M53-53.0.2749.2. Observed the files upload modal dialog box is displayed as expected after clicking browse button even after refreshing the page. allllaboutyou@ - Could you please recheck this issue on latest chrome canary M53-53.0.2749.2 and kindly update this bug with latest behavior. Note- Since this issue is no more reproducible on signed builds and unsigned builds unable to provide the bisect info, so removing the bisect label. Thanks!

Using Chrome Canary 53.0.2750.0 on Windows 10, I am unable to reproduce this bug now. The file upload dialog box will always appear after clicking "Browse"
