1) Open console
2) Enter in a few evaluations so that command history is saved (e.g. 1 > Enter > 2 > Enter), and hit enter so that the input is now empty
3) Click in an empty whitespace underneath the console's line of input
4) Press the up/down arrow keys
5) Observe that nothing happens

What is expected?
Pressing up/down in 5) should retrieve previously entered commands from history.  Instead, the console seems to lose focus entirely (WebInspector._currentFocusElement == null)
