What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in 
(2) Suspend ( close lid or run "powerd_dbus_suspend") 
(3) Resume ( open lid or press any key to wake up the device ) 

What is the expected output? 
It should resume without any image corruption 

What do you see instead?
It resume with image corruption for a second 

Always in this build, tested 2 speedy devices 
- it's regression as it's not reproducible in ChromeOS : 7978.62.0, 50.0.2661.87
