[Media Router WebUI] Session launch spinner never stops

Version: 53.0.2748.0 canary (64-bit)
OS: Mac OSX 10.11.4 (but this shouldn't be platform specific)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open MR dialog.
(2) Cast to some device.
- Observe the session starts.
- The WebUI doesn't automatically switch to route-details.
- The sink icon still shows a spinner.

(3) Click on the sink item.
- The WebUI switches to the route-details.

(4) Click stop.
- Observe the session stops.
- The sink icon still shows a spinner.

This looks like this is only an issue with mirroring, so it may have been an mrp side change.

Is the behavior the same for cloud devices as well?  That might narrow it down to a specific mrp or mirroring service change.

It's definitely an extension change.  I didn't see this on Windows Canary or Linux ToT until I used an extension built from ToT.  It seems to happen for Cast devices but not cloud.
