Video doesn't display - nba.com,cnn.com / Parrot, Stout

Chrome Version       : 	52.0.2743.0
Platform             :  8350.3.0  - Parrot
Flash                :  22.0.0.168-r1
URLs (if applicable) :  http://www.nba.com/video/?ls=iref:nba:gnav

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)  go to nab.com, and select Video => All Videos 
(2)  play a video, http://www.nba.com/video/?ls=iref:nba:gnav


What is the expected result? What happens instead?
The video doesn't display on screen.  Able to hear the sound properly

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Not reproducible in Paine - CrOS 8350.3.0/Chrome 52.0.2743.0
Not reproducible in Parrot - CrOS 8172.39.0/ 51.0.2704.55

Notice that video displays properly in Full screen mode - CrOS 8350.3.0 (Parrot)

Flash binary was already sent to M51.

Most likely a Flash problem. Will see if something can done in the next release.

Able to reproduce the issue on Chrome 59.0.3071.41/CrOS 9460.30.0(Flash 25.0.0.171) - Stout.
While playing CNN videos, the video screen goes black.
