See the attached stack trace. I can reliably hit this with a tip of master build on an N5 with --force-fieldtrials=UnifiedMediaPipelineTrial/Enabled
 
1) Go to http://storage.googleapis.com/watk/v and click the top left video
2) adb shell kill pid of sandboxed process
3) click the aw snap reload button
4) click the top left video again and it should dcheck
