Code cleanup: remove default case handling for "oneof" enums throughout Blimp

Code cleanup tracking bug.

Replacing "default:" with oneof's TYPE_NOT_SET from enum switch statements wherever possible will allow the compiler to detect and report incomplete enum value coverage.
