XHR Breakpoints don't work with fetch

Reported by wout.mer...@gmail.com, May 25 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set xhr breakpoint for Any
2. Do a fetch request instead of XHR

What is the expected behavior?
3. Breakpoint triggers

What went wrong?
3. Nothing happens, fetch goes through without triggering

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.102 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.5
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

I know it is called XHR breakpoint, but IMHO fetch requests should also trigger the breakpoint.
