Feature request: easy switching back from dev toolbar to main screen

Reported by carl.int...@gmail.com, May 25 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Navigate to a site
2. Switch on the dev toolbar
3. Make the dev toolbar fullscreen
4. Repeat this process many times and get lost which main screen is attached to which dev toolbar

What is the expected behavior?
Ideally the dev toolbar has a way to switch back to the main screen.

What went wrong?
One would expect that hitting F12 would do the trick but this just closes the dev toolbar and all state is lost.

Did this work before? No

I think we can have command menu entry for this.

Any harm in adding a "Show docked window" command (which would bring the attached window to the foreground) directly below the "Dock side" commands when DevTools is open in a separate window (see attached mock)?

Any news on a potential time line when this command menu entry will be available?

Erik, what do you think about implementing something like #c4?

Looks like a reasonable UI to me, I'll take a look.

Of course there is harm - it is very visible and confusing.

We don't have a good UX for this just yet. Inspect element and/or hitting dock are your best bets.
