Disable developer extension warning popup on chrome canary osx

Issue descriptionjust come back from firefox and now chrome canary on osx show a super annoying pop evey time i start the browser "disable developer extension " is there any flag to disable this shitty behaviour,if one uses chome canary is very likely to be a developer , i m super disappointed from chrome see screen shot

just let me add this behaviour is just disgusting today 2 times i ve accidentally clicked disable( I ve got to manually renable about 20 extensions) while quickly performing a search from awesome bar and hitting enter key in keyboard just after opening chrome,I M BACK TO FIREFOX!

As an extension developer, it would be nice to have an option to disable that message from displaying on each browser launch.

As a extension developer I'm truely suffering from this popup. but sadly for the security, we can't disable this popup. even on canary or beta. See https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=567836 |
